Build A Pop Song: I’ll admit it – the most embarrassing app I have on my phone is “Mix Me in2 Taylor Swift,” where, as you might have guessed, you put your own voice in Taylor Swift songs.  Famed vocal producer Kuk Harrell has created an interactive component on The New York Times’ site that let’s anyone try to make the perfect song. The app lets you select your own intro, verses, hooks etc. to make your own version of one of the new songs Harrell has produced.

REAL Life: We’re digging this project dubbed “Real” – people are encouraged to “post” things to create a real-life social network. People put their items in slots and it’s housed in London’s Royal Opera Arcade gallery.

Cool Down: When the temperature rises in Madrid, this vending machine will start selling the drinks at a lower price.
